Full Job Description
As a Chat Support Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Strategically approach each customer based on their history and profile, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Customer Education: Provide current and potential customers with detailed product and service information.
- Problem Resolution: Identify, escalate, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Work closely with Team Leaders and the Ops Team to address priority concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, providing insights and suggestions to improve the overall service.
- Customer Needs: Adapt to the specific needs of customers, providing high-quality support for both technical and non-technical issues.
- Issue Resolution: Clarify customer complaints, identify the root cause, select the best solution, expedite corrections, and follow up to ensure the problem is resolved.
