Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Provide customer-focused solutions while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Work closely with the Credit Control Team to resolve payment-related issues.
- Develop and implement payment solutions for clients while maintaining a healthy financial portfolio.
- Achieve cash collection targets and maintain optimal aging of accounts.
- Assess and improve credit management procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Develop strategies to handle challenging customers and mitigate financial risks.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Experience in credit control, payment collection, and financial dispute resolution.
- Ability to perform complex account reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills to handle customer interactions and improve cash flow.
- Proficiency in financial operations and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Education: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: Minimum 1 year to 8 years in finance and accounting.
Shift Requirement: Candidates must be flexible to work in 24×7 shifts, including night shifts.
