We are seeking a creative Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team and assist our APAC area. Our company was founded in 2004 and has always operated remotely.
Role Overview: Supporting and directing HR initiatives in the APAC area will be a major responsibility of yours as a Junior HR Generalist at Canonical. Leading international HR projects, overseeing team members, and managing HR procedures will all be part of your duties.
Key Responsibilities for job at canonical :
Respond to team members' questions and requests about HR, such as those concerning employment verifications, worldwide benefits, and onboarding.
Ensure that our HRIS is kept up to date, and that team member updates and new hiring are processed promptly.
Oversee and direct international projects, including training, engagement, and cultural efforts.
Collaborate with HR leaders and management to address and resolve problems effectively.
Support HR projects and initiatives across various APAC regions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in HR or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Familiarity with HR software and systems.
Proficiency in English and at least one other APAC language is an advantage.
