Job description: Customer Service Representative (Voice Process)

Work Mode: Remote Work


Your responsibilities as a Customer Support Associate include answering questions from clients, addressing problems, and giving them information about goods and services. Among the duties are responding to messages sent by phone, email, or chat, fixing issues, and guaranteeing client pleasure. Strong communication abilities, empathy, and the capacity to efficiently handle several responsibilities are prerequisites for the position. It is also expected of associates to keep track of conversations and report unsolved problems for prompt resolution.


Key Responsibility

Customer Interaction: Use the resources and information at your disposal to address consumers' issues when you interact with them over the phone.

Information Sharing: Respond to clients' enquiries by giving them accurate and pertinent information.

Problem Solving: Help clients with problems pertaining to product delivery and any associated enquiries.

Documentation: Keep track of all communications with customers and make sure the right follow-up is done.



Qualifications and Skills Required
