Role Purpose in wipro pune :
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with clients and alliance partners. Your primary focus will be on driving profitable growth through effective farming activities, sustainable relationships, and continuous improvement in customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities for Account Executive in wipro :
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Lead client relationships to ensure contract delivery, revenue management, and optimal engagement.
- Develop account strategy aligned with the overall vertical/practice strategy.
- Interact with client leadership to identify opportunities within accounts.
- Proactively lead sales pursuits to capture maximum revenue share from emerging opportunities.
- Develop client-specific annual account plans, incorporating key solutions and planned revenue.
- Drive revenue growth within the client account and hunting targets for new opportunities.
- Utilize market intelligence to identify competitive offerings and set priorities for solutions.
- Showcase Wipro's capabilities to influence and push for higher-value services and solutions.
- Drive pipeline development and create market penetration plans through cold calling and industry forums.
- Participate in branding and client-based marketing activities.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and incorporate Wipro ventures through acquisitions.
- Leverage alliances and external partnerships to deliver joint propositions/solutions.
- Lead and drive client review meetings, QBRs, and proposal development.
2. Delivery Management:
- Monitor and review execution of deals in the client account.
- Ensure delivery plans align with project charters and meet defined quality standards.
- Manage resolution of client escalations/disputes related to project delivery.
- Drive initiatives for cost optimization and improved service standards.
- Participate in quarterly demand forecasting and resource planning.
- Engage with client leadership to communicate and update progress on account plans.
- Drive assembly of the right team for account delivery.
- Conduct progress review meetings and regular checks with client-side teams to review satisfaction indices.
- Ensure timely invoicing and clearing of outstanding as per deal contract.
3. Solution Management:
- Showcase Wipro’s solutions as a strategic fit for customer organizations.
- Ensure solutions and delivery roadmaps align with customer requirements.
- Support solutions teams with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence.
- Demonstrate Wipro's leadership in external conferences, presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers.
- Position and introduce new GTM offerings and solutions.
Qualifications jobs in wipro pune :
Bachelor's (BE) or Master's (MBA) degree.
