Responsibilities for Service Desk Associate –
- Provide level 1 support for all Workspace services
- Act as a single point of contact for all user requests and resolve issues on the first call or reach out to the appropriate resolution support group
- Manage active cases and be accountable for end-to-end delivery of requests
- Develop, establish and maintain call priority guidelines and escalation procedures
- Provide a system status recording with status information such as key events and estimated recovery time
- Ensure that all specified SLAs are met as per customer agreement
- Maintain and operate call quality while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Escalate customer concerns in a timely manner and take action until closure
- Adhere to the quality parameters specified by the quality protocol and procedure to be adopted.
Responsibilities of Research Intern –
- Define research problems and design solutions for them
- Develop prototype solutions by applying industry-level data
- Publish research papers in top tier conferences and journals
- Conduct literate surveys and identify opportunities and challenges
- submit proof of concept
- Contribute to the development of equipment and products
- Learn about emerging trends and technologies in industrial research
- Define the challenges involved in applied research
- Clarify research problems and systematically design solutions.
Salary/Salary and Grade Pay – For Research Intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 21,600 and for Service Desk Associate post, the payable salary will be approximately Rs 29,160 – 33,300 per month. More details about salary details are mentioned in the notification.
