Responsibilities –
- Responsible for overall functional/business operations and various change initiatives.
- Create/Validate Initiative Business Case
- Organize workshops among various stakeholders to build consensus.
- Create financial performance/monitoring mechanisms for various initiatives.
- Identify and promote success stories and relevant stakeholders within the landscape.
- Work closely with the marketing/brand team to improve communications and launch sponsored programs across various internal/external channels.
- Provide assistance for.
- Monitoring/analyzing the initiative process, suggesting corrective steps and making improvements if necessary.
