Position: Executive Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Department: Agency Sales
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead quality team development and play a pivotal role in market expansion.
Build a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisors & FLS.
Manage productivity and activation of Advisors within the team, promoting productivity among the field force.
Undertake productivity improvement drives and organize specialized training programs.
Recruit Advisors to ensure continuous growth and productivity.
Increase the share of business by offering a comprehensive range of products and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Effectively manage product mix, persistency, lead conversion, etc.
Accurately maintain and update the database.
Achieve goal sheets and contest milestones on a weekly basis.
🎓 Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualification / Experience:
Graduate in any field.
Essential Knowledge / Skill Sets:
Proficient communication in English, Hindi & other Regional Languages (Local candidates preferred).
Eagerness to work in a highly competitive environment.
Positive attitude with a never say-die mindset.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
3 years of sales experience required; freshers are also eligible.
