Roles & Responsibilities:

•      The job responsibilities and duties of off-campus drivers are outlined below.
•      Develop and produce engaging training materials and resources, for each step of the process in the Sort Center.
•      Supervise a group of animators, instructional designers, and content curators to ensure fast and excellent creation of training content.
•      Help subject matter experts ensure that training content is accurate and relevant.
•      Use and evaluate data every day to improve the new employee onboarding process.
•      Ensure that training materials are kept up to date and delivered with high quality, resulting in a positive learning experience.
•      Improve processes by analyzing data and collecting feedback.
•      Work closely with operations to determine the most critical skills gaps and develop training programs to address them.
•      Encourage the hiring of coaches and peer coaches.
•      Improve the performance of newly hired employees by collaborating with agency management.
•      Supervise a team of animators, instructional designers, and content curators in a busy environment.
•      Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

•      In production and distribution of educational material.
