• Managing all Export-Import documentation and shipments.
• Compiling monthly reports for export and import activities.
• Coordinating with logistics for efficient shipment processes.
• Collaborating with banks for various transactions related to export and handling other documentation tasks assigned by managers.
• Submitting a complete set of documents for customs clearance.
• Providing final dispatch advice to the warehouse team.
• Obtaining freight rates from the Freight Forwarder for all shipments and negotiating rates.
• Forwarding documents to the Post team for booking and preparing the final invoice with a complete set of documents.
