(Chat/Email Support)/ WebChat Responsibilities –
- Reply to email and chat
- Assist customers in researching account service facilities
- Open trouble tickets based on the nature of the service issue
- Analyze, isolate and diagnose technical problems
- Provide current trouble ticket status to customers
- Escalate customer complaints as per company policies.
Responsibilities for Voice Specialists –
Call the end users to clarify the following queries like cancellation, appointment booking, work permit, address clarification etc. in the itinerary.
Responding efficiently and accurately to end users and explaining potential solutions and ensuring that the end user feels supported and valued.
Be engaged in actively listening to callers, confirming information and calming upset customers as needed.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed SLA metrics with consistent customer services.
