Customer Service Specialist Croma is looking to hire with the below competencies.

Roles & Responsibilities
Sales:
· Ensure 100% sales process implementation and compliance
· Meet daily sales and conversion targets and improve performance on all KPIs (including OL, Edge Profit Pool and Accessory Sales)
Customer Service:
· Ensure all customers are attended to appropriately and timely resolution of customer escalations
· Daily follow up on complaints with the concerned stakeholders to ensure timely resolution as per predefined SLA & TAT
· Improve overall customer experience (VOC, Customer NPS, Mystery Audit Score) and take
corrective actions based on customer feedback
Continuous Learning:
· Keeping updated on product knowledge, promotions and processes
· Attending trainings and taking
Process:
· Ensure compliance of all SOPs relating to Sales and Service within the category
